Too much development around the upper parts of the trail near the Pump House. Do we really need more cookie cutter neighborhoods? Other than that the trail itself is nice for running and taking a stroll with the dog. Nice kayak landing, but the smell located downstream due to the wastewater treatment plant and US Foods may turn off some.
