CVS

I went here early this morning around 2am 1-30-17 . I went to the Drive Through..I so love the guys there they are awesome the best and my Favorite Pharmacy. But after I went to the drive through my Niece wanted to get something to drink..So we walked in the store to get something to drink..As we were in there the lady followed us everywhere thinking we were gonna steal I guess but we don't do that..If I gave her a reason then it would have been okay..But dang..No reason was given.. She was really rude to us as we walked in the door.. Customer Service needs improvement there is say.. I'll never go in there again...My last visit in there store.. Pharmacy yeah but only drivethrough.. Because they're Awesome.. I understand people steal in there but I'm not the one for it..

Call in prescriptions, have been on hold 20+ minutes. When in the car pick up line, have waited 30+ minutes. Wait time is horrible. Staff is friendly and always greet you when entering the store, nice, but more staff is needed to expedite orders...xant afford to loose 30 minutes in line for a pre called in order, nor waste my phone minutes on hold. Sorry.
