Willington Lakes Phase l

This community appears to be the best in apartment living in the area. Recently signed a lease here and the carpet is matted and worn throughout the apartment. Management sees nothing wrong with it because they cleaned the carpet. The carpet still looked the same. No one should be uncomfortable and not be able to live in a place they're paying for. I have contacted my attorney's since the Property Manager and Meridian Residential Group are not resolving the issue.

Not available during stated office hours Saturday, lights out, door locked, no sign of assistance, no one answers the phone, zero stars.
