Zinnia is one of those rare places where the products are unique and the service is great. I've shopped at Zinnia for years for all of the women in my life -- i.e. my wife, mother, mother-in law, sister, etc. Whenever I need something for an occasion, the owners have always been extremely helpful. Many times I've walked through the doors at Zinnia completely clueless as to what to buy for someone. The staff there have always helped me pick out the exact right gift. My purchases have always been professionally gift-wrapped, and the recipients have always been very happy. In fact, now when I ask someone what they'd like for a birthday, Christmas, etc. they unanimously say, "anything from Zinnia would be great!" I should also mention that whenever I've had to return or exchange something (which is rare) they've always gone out of their way to see that everyone is satisfied. In this day and age, places like Zinnia are hard to find.
