What a wonderful experience I had at Salon Salon of Charleston! Erica gave me THE BEST cut and color I've ever had! (Yes, it was that good!) She gave me exactly what I wanted and actually listened to my wants/needs. I won't go to anyone else after the excellent service I had today. The entire staff was super friendly an so very welcoming! I will definitely be recommending Erica to all my friends and family! Thank you Salon Salon of Charleston for a truly great experience!

I was visiting family in Charleston for my birthday and decided to get my hair done here based on previous visits from them. I got a haircut and full highlights done to my roots. My hair is an ash-brown naturally, so toner is typically required to make the blonde highlights not look brassy. There was no toner used and the highlights look streaky. They do not match the flow/appearance of the color towards the middle & ends of my hair that were done by a previous salon. My stylist also apparently does not know how to cut wavy/curly hair so my layers and face framing pieces are weirdly shaped and uneven. I also had to brush my hair out myself while my stylist was texting on her phone. I did not want to be rude at the salon but I was very upset and crying by the time I got home. I am currently trying to find a place that can help correct the issues. If you are looking for highlights or have curly hair, I would suggest another place.
