Not sure what would make people think they recieved poor service... I had a great experience. The staff there was fantastic. The first associate that greeted me went back to grab the jewler and he also came out, they let me go behind the counter to look at the diamond under the microscope, they taught me all about measuring a diamonds quality, and once i began picking a setting, a 3rd associate who had been standing off to the side overheard us and she brought over a much more suitable sized band for the diamond i was able to afford. On top of that, I got this all for a competitive and fair price. That to me shows they have my best interrest in mind. In my opinion, best jeweler in mount pleasant.
