Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Lee Keadle that expanded over 6 months managing new construction in the Charleston area. My review is marked high, because the entire process from selection of a development, lot and builder (FrontDoor Communities) was flawless and easy for me. I credit him fully for the idea of final lot selection and guiding house placement for best pond view (I would not have thought of this myself). We were moving from another state and only familiar with Charleston from internet research with a few earlier visits. There are so many nice neighborhoods to choose from which can make this a difficult. process. Lee was very good at understanding what was important to us, and helping steer and suggest Mount Pleasant and Carolina Park for us. He also made MANY practical suggestions in added features to include in the house, that proved to be excellent choices. We also did most of this in a single weekend with him. Since we were out of state (even the country) during the entire construction phase, he also played a big part in watching over things for me. He had a very good relationship with the builder, and together, both were excellent. Overall, highly recommend The Keadle Group.
