I worked here for a month a few years ago. I went out on my lunch break and never came back, something I would never ever do otherwise. I couldn't stomach the other employees and the gossip. Toward each other yes, but also toward the brides and clients. People raved about Mikaela and Kristen, because they were outgoing and friendly and so helpful. Little did they know those girls would tear those poor brides apart when they had closed a sale. The bride's weight, her shoes, the flab on her arms, her budget, didn't matter. They would make me want to throw up with how fake they had been and how sweet the bride seemed, so thankful for their help unbeknownst to her of the horrid things said after she left. The worst part was that Jean, the elderly owner, is exactly the same way. She worshipped the ground these two low-lives walked on and joined in on the bullying. This happened multiple times a day but they didn't like that I didn't join in so I was alienated. I left for my lunch break when they were (loudly, so that I heard) hating on my shoes and my outfit. Mind you, we were all in our mid- to late-twenties. I couldn't take anymore. There are much better places to shop than this store. The bridal salon is dingy and they have an outdated ordering system in but beyond that, they're all awful people.
