New River is one of the amazing shops in the Beaufrot County Area. They have amazing service, and great attitudes. My transmission went out about four months ago when I was on vacation from North Carolina to Hilton Head, an he had the parts for the transmission with in a few days and had me up and running in about a week. He also gave me a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty with the repair, and his price was fair for the repair. They are also very respectful of your car, cleaning it and putting down floor mats to ensure that they are clean when your car leaves the shop. I could not be more pleased with the work from this shop. John Murphy and his staff are truly amazing. When I would call he was always quick to return my phone calls, and make sure that I was confident that the repair would be done right. I would also like to say that his shop his family operated with his wife Sally Murphy. She was also very helpful and amazing when I called and she answered. I don't think you could ask for a better Automotive shop in the county area.
