I been living here for over five years and it has been ok but not the greatest. I don't believe the property is worth the bucks, a lot of mistakes and opportunities on builders part. Electrical problems, paint cracking and pealing, siding issues, sprinklers issues, grass issues, etc. All within 2yrs. Houses are being built to close to each other. Home association dues is to much and nothing to show for it.. We have one little patch of grass with a little track around it.. I can keep going but I rather not.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest your time or your hard earned money on this property, way out your options first, because there are plenty places to live and to invest your money! Not here at sage creek!
