The customer service is horrible. I've walked in several times and all three of the workers at one point or another, have just looked at me, and went back to doing what they were doing before I entered. No greeting, no smile, no hello or anything. I have only shopped here for convenience but the stale popcorn and lack of professional and courteous service is not worth the paltry, discounted popcorn. I will gladly pay more at Taste Buds for fresher popcorn and employees who always acknowledge me when I enter. Being pleasant goes a long way!
