Quail Run Apartments

I had to come back and edit my post because originally i gave them 4 1/2 stars. The move in process was smooth, and the rent is high for all the work that has to be done in your place AFTER moving in still. I have requested things that needed to be done/fixed right after moving in and still have not got those things done and it will be a year in a few more months living out here. The pest control will come and spray every Tuesday if you ask to be put on the list, but definitely just sprayed last Tuesday and still finding large cockroaches and water bugs in the apartment. Maintenance manager is extremely lazy and will pass off all responsibilities to who ever he can and not take ownership of things he said or has not done. OH the icing on the cake. the operator and the lease states that when you're locked out, you can call emergency maintenance and they will come and unlock the door for a 50$ fee. incident happened yesterday and the maintenance manager states they NO longer open locked doors. none of the information was communicated nor was lease updated with this information either. Called the office to get clarification and they don't even know, had to look into it and supposed to call me back. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. everything was fine initially, but I feel as if time is just showing me why this place has bad ratings that I tried to ignore the whole time. It is a safe environment from outsiders because the gate finally works now, but if you're comfortable with visiting large bugs and run around maintenance then quail is the place for you.
