I could not tell you the food is good or bad... because after 26 minutes of waiting I got nothing.... not even an apology for time lost. I waited for 15 minutes to even place an order which was still no problem at this point... even tho the lady was moving slower than a turtle, for all I know her feet hurt so patiently I waited. The time comes and she takes my order... the first question I asked was "Is there a wait on oxtails or do they need to be cooked"... "no wait" she says....i asked for a small oxtail with no sides...11 minutes later she returns and tells me we can not sale it with no sides.... not here is your food but you can not place a order with no sides.... this is the problem.... you could had told me that 11 minutes ago... now I have been in the restaurant for 26 minutes with nothing to show for..... and why can't I have oxtails with no sides if I'm willing to pay the same price as with sides....i just don't want to waste food.... this is why....because they probably would had camouflage the fact that you don't get as much meat for the price with a bunch of low budget sides.... just like serenity restaurant and lounge does....so disappointed.... Still support the restaurant but I do hope they get a little better with time management...or at least acknowledge it when it's unjustified.
