I purchased a pre-owned entertainment center & tv straight cash bc it was such a great deal. Tv seemed fine in the store, but wasn't a clear picture when I got home. Brandon offered to replace the tv at no additional costs or issue a refund. It was a pleasant, no hassle transaction. I'd shop here again.
