I bought my wife a car from them for $4,700 and it took me 2 and 1/2 weeks to find reasonably priced insurance. As soon as we purchased the insurance we drove the car and the CHECK ENGINE light came on after LESS THAN 50 MILES OF DRIVING IT. I told Matrix Auto sales about it the very next day. The salesman tried to say "maybe because it sat for so long". So I drove up there to pick up the tags for the car the next day and the owner tried to avoid helping at all costs. He told me to call the "warranty company" and see if they would fix it (Of course they wouldn't because Matrix bought the cheapest warranty possible which covers hardly anything). I had to pay over $170 to have my "NEW CAR" fixed. Just 2 days after having the car fixed the check engine light came on again. So I called them and said that I wanted to sell back the car. They told me that because I didn't take it to their shop they suggested that they weren't going to do anything about it and because it had been "too long" since I bought the car. They acted like they couldn't do anything about it. The salesman also told me "I can't predict the future and if I could I would be on an island sipping martinis". So now I'm stuck with a car that is in the shop for the 2nd time in less than 300 miles. One more thing. They say on their Facebook page "if you're not satisfied, then our job isn't done". Trust me they couldn't care less about your satisfaction once they have your money.
Me an was a very nice down to earth salesman. Not pushy at all. Transaction from start to finish was about 30 minutes. His vehicles all look great. We’re very pleased with our purchase. Would definitely buy again from him.
