Nike Factory Store

Can I leave a 0 star? First off no customer service at all. Walked thru without being greeted. People in footwear standing around taking to each other instead of helping customers. I had to finally walk up get some service from someone. His name was Jerome, which it turned out to be the manager. He was of no help at all either. Actually, he had a really smart ass tone when I asked him a few questions, and inquired about my size. I have shopped here before and never have I had such service before. Last time I will step foot in this store. Not sure who the management crew was a few years ago, but I can tell you I remember a manager who had tattoos and a beard, and another one who knew his golf and product. Get them back! This management is not representing this company well at all. If he is who leads this store I can see why it is going down hill.
