They are so unprofessional. They lost the screws to my refridgerator, so now every time I open the door the alarm goes off, they scratched my brand new hardwood floor, they sent my mattresses down the steps by using the balcony, they took off part of the railing going down the steps, they were slow, there were 3 guys, the one just stood around most of the time. Put dents in the walls, broke off part of the dresser legs. Tried to send the bed frame down off the balcony. Then they added a $120 tip to my bill without my permission. Now, they make an appointment to come see the damages and do not show up.
They are not answering my phone calls or returning my calls. Do NOT USE this company.
