The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa

Very disappointed!! Stayed here last year same time and everything was fabulous!! Room, restaurants, room service not a single complaint. This year incorrect information given to us at front desk, items forgotten on room service and they didn't clean our room in the 6 hours we were out. Went down to talk to manager who pretty much tried to tell us we didn't know what we were talking about ☹☹
