We have been sending our skis to Watercrafters for over 2 years and could not be more pleased with their level of service and professionalism. Having never owned a ski before that it was nice to find someone that was interested in helping us without even knowing if they would have our business. When we started looking to get our first ski they give us their recommendations for what to look for (year/brand/make/features). They also took the time to initially inspect the skis that we were interested in before we actually bought them. A lot of shops will change you for things that you don’t need but how many will tell you when you don’t need something done. Both Sam and Vicki bring their own experiences into the scenario whether it be for routine maintenance or major repairs. They are always nice and understanding even when it is not going to be good news about your repair. Their store is well stocked and maintained and their service area well organized and clean. I was raised by a mechanic father and you can tell a lot by how a business keeps their shop area kept. In all I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skis and neither should you. They do a fantastic job and I appreciate their work!
