I just had a horrible experience with my ship to store pickup. While a manager named Tina confirmed that my order was ready for pickup, it really wasn't. So after also speaking to Tyler who was very nice, I then spoke to asset protection manager Angela. She should not deal with dissatisfied customers because she has no sense of empathy. Very rude and unapologetic. Needless to say I still don't have my package and have to wait to talk to another manager tomorrow. Next time I'll just order from Target and pay for the shipping!
Wonderful friendly employees. Cashier took time to verify we had everything we came for. When I mentioned we couldn’t find ginger candy for my mom, the cashier remembered it was kept in a different aisle from regular candy and then got it for us. Mom is happy and that is real quality service!!!
