Walmart Auto Care Centers

Purchased three brand new tires for my work vehicle. Tires are not balanced. I have been on the phone all day trying to get someone from the service department. Finally got in touch with the assistant manager and then held for 30 minutes before I gave up and called another Walmart. That Walmart said they would take care of me. Sorry to post a negative review. I know how it feels to get one. But that's how I got better.
