Great location! The store is always nice, clean, and well stocked even though it's a very busy place. The staff is really friendly and informative, especially the pharmacists. It's definitely the best drug store in Downtown Charleston.

Slow service, not enough people working, need someone to help you access the bathroom ( which was absolutely filthy). Don’t live around here, but wouldn’t ever go back. Customer service isn’t pleasant either and I never felt welcome or as though anyone cared that I was there. I wasn’t the only one frustrated either. Lucky this is a Walgreens because any other neighborhood store would be closed with this kind of service.
