I have been going to this Walgreens since it opened. So this makes me familiar with the employees who work there. Over the past year or so I always go to this one cashier whom I adore. I have been in several times & witnessed "managers and the "shift leaders" (I know this term because I had to ask if these two rude ladies were managers, no, they are called shift leaders)...stand around talking while this one young lady, who had 6 to 7 people waiting in line by the way, works her butt off without any help! Not only that, they seem hostile toward her and act as if they are too good to jump on a register. All the while this young lady remains pleasant and kind to everyone even though they get frustrated at her like it's her fault she can't get anyone to help her! I always seek her out when I'm in this store...just to give her a kind word because I've always been treated kindly by her. I am repulsed by your behavior and holier than thou attiudes. I will no longer shop at this store! I know everyones name and I will notify your corporate office about the treatment of your employees.
