I bought a new home in November 2014. Volunteer installed, among other things, the fireplace. It didn't work from Day 1. The pilot light kept blowing out. It took 8 months for them to correct it. However,now the fireplace won't turn off. The builder and I have placed numerous calls and they go unreturned. I would not recommend this company for anything based on their total lack of customer service.
