UPS Customer Center

I’ve never had a problem with receiving my items. We are fortunate to have the same driver delivering. Although, It would be nice for them to let you know your packages have arrived. I have been to their UPS site and it does not look customer friendly. I left and I use the postal store with UPS on S.Lake Drive near Walmart , and they have the best customer service I’ve had ever with a postal service. Try it. Good luck.
