Abysmal customer service; service in general! In two consecutive trips my clothes were not ready on time; even by end of business that day. The second time it happened, they told me to come back the next morning. I had to borrow a shirt for work the next day. When I complained to the associate, she seemed concerned and told me she would tell the manager before I came back. The next day, the manager had the associate tell me that I WAS wrong; that they had told me "that they 'MAY' be ready the previous evening before close". First off, no. That is not what I was told. I wouldn't have taken the chance if it was. Second, what kind of timeline is that anyway? They had my clothes for 33 hours, C'mon. Also, stupid expensive even without the crappy service.
