I was referred to Mr. Tim and it Truly has been an amazing experience for me. Usually when going through legal battles you are stressed, worrying about what’s next. This man made sure I was stress free. Through this entire process, he did everything. He attended all court dates. I didn’t have to be in and out of court because he handled everything for me. I didn’t miss not one day of work. Through this entire process, he fought to get me the best outcome for my situation. When they threw an outcome at him that he did not approve of and knew we could get better he turn them down until we got the best. He was very upfront, answered all my questions, and very informative. So if you ask me if I would recommend him. The answer is HECK YES !!!!

Was set at ease after the first consultation. Tim has worked both sides of the law and has a wealth of knowledge on both sides. Any legal proceeding can be verbose, dynamic, and vague; all of which combine to make one feel anxious and overwhelmed. Tim proved to be both professional and sympathetic in all of our dealings. He was always reachable and I felt like I was his only client; willing to answer even the smallest questions day of. And get this, he did even better than he sought to do! Who does that? At the very least, contact him if you need a good lawyer. I'm sure you'll be convinced of what I've written. Small side note: I wanted to give him 4 1/2 stars just because he's a Gamecock fan, but he did a great job so I'll give him the full five.
