Texas Roadhouse

I absolutely love Texas roadhouse. I never have a problem when I come here. Until today. My friend and I came for lunch and our waitress Kayleen did nothing but sit down the whole time. She was not the one who brought our food, all she did was take our order. My friend and I needed water the whole time we were eating and never got one refill. My friend needed ranch and I needed honey mustard and we never got it. I am not trying to get anyone punished, but it is real sad that you can't even have a beverage when you eat a meal
