If i could give negative stars i would. Called friday and spoke with greg or craig. I told him what i wanted and what the other location said they would do for me and price. We agreed on a slightly more expensive price and type of film and time. He said be there at 9:00 am on saturday. I got there at 9:03 and he was VERY RUDE to me. "Sorry there was a accident that made me 3 minutes late" plus had the open sign off so didnt know he was even open" And told me to come back at 1:00. So i return at 12:45 to make sure i wasnt late. He tells me to pull my car in and then procedes to tell me that all he has is the low quality film that will only last 6-8 months and didnt have the 5% we talked about in the better quality film. And if i wanted the better in a 18 or 20 something percent it would be more. And the dude was again very rude! Also said he doesnt care how much work and money our dealership spends with sun stoppers every month or that we know mike. "The actual owner". The guy was very rude and disrespectful. Said he owns the place and doesnt care. So i went to tint world who took EXCELLENT CARE OF ME! The owner of the south blvd store Daniel was super nice and respectful! Took great care of me and has earned all of my buisness from here on out. I am only expecting a rude or smart ass rezponse to this review from this company. So people dont spend your money here. Go to tint world!
