Had a horrible experience here. Went to see the 2012 Nissan Maxima SV they have listed on their website as of 2/28/18 and the car isn't even then same car that is listed on their website. The pictures are completely different from what's on the lot. The car that is actually on their lot has the calipers sprayed painted a light blue color and it was horribly done. Who ever sprayed painted those calipers didn't even bother taking them off which lead to the rotor having paint on it as well. Headlight covers need to be replaced, there's dents on the car, the check engine light is on, and the premium Bose speaker system is completely blown in the car. I know because they had them disconnected, claimed not to know anything about what happened to the speakers and once I connected them back myself, I found out they're done. After bringing this to Francis's attention and telling him we're interested in purchasing, despite the blatant false advertisement, we asked if the price could come down. He seemed to become a little upset by this and claimed he lowered the price already. Shocked, I asked from what price. He claims he lowered it from $12,995 to $11,995. Ok..... so I asked, "if that's the case then are you willing to fix the issues I brought to your attention so I can purchase the car at your asking price?" Again I was met with opposition. "I don't want to take those calipers off and scrape the paint off myself" was his exact response to my question claiming that if we don't buy it, someone else will. I'm telling you right now do not buy anything from here. How can you falsely advertise a car at blue book value when the actual car itself doesn't come close to the standards of that blue book price? Let alone not be willing to drop the price or FIX THE BROKEN STUFF? You will never sell that car with the way you conduct business, especially seeing as it has been on your lot for 84 days now. I attached pictures to this review showing the spray painted calipers, the head lights and the check engine light. Pictures were taken from the video we took yesterday.
