The manager, Jules Thompson Cagle, is a complete control freak. You'd think she was running the White House. She's rude, bitchy, and unrelenting if you're payment is even a day late. She has signs everywhere, reminding everybody like they're a child. She happens to be not very bright. The place is not air-conditioned, and rarely ever cleaned. The way the prior tenants left it is the way you're gonna get it. The roof leaks in heavy weather, and there are rats. There has to be a better place to rent. There just has to be.
