Wonderful arenas for riding, very good footing and all accommodations as for horses as for people. Amazing cross-country course ,extremely friendly workers. Owner of the barn is always on the territory and can answer all of your questions.

Much like the previous review, the facility itself is great. When it comes to hospitality, there is zero. We stayed/are staying for a few months during the off-season, renting an apartment and an 8 stall barn. With no warning, notice or giving us alternative options, the owners decided to start a massive construction project directly outside our apartment, barn and paddocks. We moved the horses immediatly because of the dangerous situation. Anyone that knows horses would know that this is not safe and puts the horses in emmenant danger and unnecessary stress. The owners only reached put to me after I put a stop payment on my check which they deposited anyway along with an additional check. Emails where bullying and threatening in nature demanding that we pay or get locked out. Currently they have deposited and are holding not only the initial check for the month for the stalls and apartment but also an additional check for the apartment rental, and my security deposits. The only tghing they care about is their money. Hospitality and understanding are not in their vocabulary. Don't waste your money here, you'll never see it back if there is a problem nor will they be forthcoming with a resolution. You will experience a complete lack of empathy and an overload of bullying. Sad and pathetic. Photos are of directly outside of our barn and apartment. They saw no issue with doing this work, giving us no notice nor options and expect that we still pay even with the horses having been immediately removed when I saw they started drilling massive holes.
