SpringHill Suites by Marriott Florence

We had a great time this weekend in Florence for our State tennis tournament. Thank you to Jasmine who was so friendly and very accommodating to our change in plans, even though the changes were out of our control. Jasmine was also kind enough to let us check in a little early due to a slight emergency that we had with our car. Our room was clean although it had a slight odor that smelled a tad like a cat used the floor as a restroom. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was hot. Everyone on your staff was very pleasant, including the young lady at check out who gave me her own personal hygiene item since the machine in the restroom was out of service. ( sorry, TMI), but just an example of your kind staff. I’m sorry, but I didn’t get her name. Thanks again. We will definitely stay at your hotel next time we have a need to come to the area.
