There is really no substitute for Sherwin Williams' customer service, especially at its Johnnie Dodds and Meeting Street and Savannah Hwy stores. This is why so many contractors are so loyal to the brand. I used to use Valspar on occasion largely because of the easy availability at "all hours" at Lowes. With Lowes' new staffing policies (hire as few as possible to keep doors open) the weekend hours at SW Meeting Street, range of innovative SW products, better wallpaper prices than anywhere on the web, and local wallpaper, color and finish genius Ms. Loretta at Savannah Hwy store, Sherwin Williams is in a class by itself.
