BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!Maris Will Steal Your Hard Earned Money!!
My sister and I decided to go there on Hardscrabble Rd and was highly disappointed! First, they charged us $10 a piece to go in. At first I was skeptical because they had never charged this price before, but we still went in anyway despite my gut feeling. Although I'm disgusted with what happened next (I'm getting to it), I must say the bartender was very nice. She can't help that she work for CROOKS. So we decided to order a bottle of champagne and we asked for the best because it was my friend's birthday. Well a tall darkskined guy came out with a bottle of champagne and told us it would be 150 dollars. We were excited to pay for such expensive champagne and took pictures of it to remember the occasion!! He told us that we couldn't pay for it using card but instead cash...keep in mind that by this time we did have some drinks beforehand and was having a great time. I did immediately think, why in the h*** do we have to pay in cash instead of our card like we had been doing all night...but again, I dismissed it. Well we had our champagne and called it a night. The next day, I looked at our pics and saw the pic of the bottle of champagne and decided to check/compare the price. Y'all can probably guessed what happened next...YEp...we paid $150 for a $29.95 bottle of wine! I even went to several stores that sold it just to make sure. I'M SO DONE WITH BLACK OWN BUSINESSES!!!! AND THEY WONDER WHY THEY CAN'T STAY IN BUSINESS. We are people who don't mind spending but we were taken advantage of. Talking to a Lawyer today!!
