I am in the process of getting help through consumer agencies to rectify what they have done to me- brought in my cell phone three times and it was still not repaired correctly. I was assured I would get my money back by a woman over the phone. I went back multiple times and completely got jerked around! I finally had to get my phone repaired at Staples because of their shoddy workmanship! I am now speaking to Savannah TV news about getting help though with the Irma coverage it will be slowed down. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I was way more than patient and only got a lot of runaround and horrible service!
