We scheduled my daughter an eye exam approximately 2 months ago because the soonest appointment available was that far away and when we arrived, the front desk said that the Doctor had an emergency and they needed to reschedule us, and someone would call us to confirm. This is understandable so I had them verify my contact number and we left. Five business days later, on May 12 we decided to call because we have not received a call yet and the receptionist is telling us that the soonest available appointment would be June, 29. So basically, we will be changing eye doctors. If your vision is needing any timely attention, I suggest finding a doctor with a little more flexibility.
