Ruby Tuesday

We walked in was very messy menus all over. Hostess was very rude didn't do anything she didn't have to do. Waitress was very nice. There was no plates for the food. Then they brought them out and they were all greasy. Looks like I'm not the only one with the same review. I could write my name in the plate. The salad bar needed to be restocked. We eat at Ruby Tuesday's all the time in Myrtle Beach and they are very clean compared to this place.

I went to this establishment two days in a row and received horrible service both times. The second day I was served a hamburger that was raw in the middle, the manager happened to be doing his rounds asking customers how their food was. I told him the burger was raw and I couldn't eat it. He did offer another burger but at that point, I had enough from this restaurant. He even argued with me after the burger was removed from the area and defended the integrity of burger. The burger was falling apart due to being grossly under cooked and was very red in the middle. I ordered it medium. My brother in law is a regional manager for this company in the southwest region and I really like the restaurants that he manages. The management for this location is terrible. I would like to rate less than a star, but the system doesn't allow it.
