Roper Personnel Services

This place is garbage! Every week they tell you to call in and every week they say "ok, I'll get you updated for the week and if we get anything in we will call you!" But they never call. I doubt if anyone is even keeping and eye out for work for the people that waste their time using this supposed "service". I've been calling since July of 2016, it's now the end of January 2017, never got a single phone call! I finally questioned how long the average person waits for a phone call, the lady looked over my application and said Oh you have alot of experience, let me see if we've called you for anything... oh, no, we never called you?? That's strange... Please! Don't act like your suprised no one has ever called me because you guys aren't really looking for work for anyone! Your just telling people to keep wasting time calling in just to be told to call back again next week! She said test scores for the "prove it test" were low in some areas and that's why I probably haven't received any calls. Fair enough. When I took the test I had just come straight from the doctor where I had just had a minor surgical procedure done so I wasn't on my "A" game. I asked her if she could send me the test again, "Oh sure! I'll get that sent right out to you!" A week later, still no test. I called back the next Tuesday, told the lady what I had spoken to the other lady about the previous week. She too promised to resend me the prove it test. "I'll have that to you before the end of today, I promise!" Another week later, still no test! I didn't even bother wasting my time checking in this week, this place is utterly USELESS!! Please know that I give roper staffing ZERO stars!! I just can't select anything lower then 1. I understand that you have a lot of people come through the your doors looking for work but simply telling everyone "we'll call you if we get anything..." isn't helpful and doesn't make you feel like they are actually even LOOKING to help you in anyway, it's just a brush off! Super disappointed in the lack of assistance and service. Then you offer people health insurance through roper, how are we suppose to pay for it if your not getting anybody work??! This company is a joke!
