$1200 and 1 month later same problems with my truck. To add insult to injury I called about bringing my truck back. "don't know when we can get to it, maybe next week". I asked to speak to a supervisor held for 2 minutes asked for my call back info....that was yesterday. You guessed it no call back.
So trip planned and a vehicle I cant drive, and out $1200, without as much as a call back.
I like my dodge, I usually get OK service, but feel really screwed this time. Definitely gonna look for another place to work on my vehicles.
