To some Employees of Family Court office not all that Ask why a Parent does not have custody of their kids I believe that's not your business. When someone asks you why your not releasing child support funds you have been collecting since Sept 2017 I believe your job is to help in assisting people that come to you all for help. That's basically another child that is not being taking care of because you are to worried about what someone has done instead of getting the case number and helping in contacting DSS. O yes We have been to DSS and Family Court Numerous of times an still nothing I mean how long does a change of address really take when we all stay at the same address. So the Fault is with one of the 2 offices. If DSS an Family Court sent and did paperwork to each other like they should you might not see to many people in your offices. Lets worry more about why some people get paid to do nothing.

The phone system has not worked in over2 years . they really need to update the automated service. Still can't get back money.they will not collect
