Ralph Hayes Toyota

I had my routine car maintenance done today at Ralph Hayes. I get a call during the service that I need a new air filter and wiper blades. I declined those as my husband can replace those much cheaper than they charge here. Also, my wiper blades were working perfectly fine until today’s service. We’ve had a lot of rain the past few weeks, and there’s been no problem at all with my wiper blades. Well, after they told me I needed new ones, I noticed one was split. It was not like that before, and that is something I would have noticed while using my wipers. Also, the last service I had done took 2 1/2 hours!!! **EDIT** I received a call from Mr. Bishop today that completely changed my review. He is making this girl a happy customer once again. Thank you.
