This location is always clean, well staffed and welcoming. There is a good mix of staff from younger employees who may not know as much but are willing to help and seek out answers, to mature, clearly long-time animal enthusiasts. I have always been able to find everything (and then some). The fully stocked, neat displays always draw me in and encourage me to just browse and enjoy.
