My dog has been getting a wash here for the past few years. She goes in about two weeks ago and I SPECIFICALLY say, no to the nail cut. I get a call saying come pick her up that she can’t get a bath because she’s too tense. Okay, fine. When I get there, I’m told that I have to pay for the nail cut because they did do that much. My response was that I specifically said “no, her nails don’t need trimmed” mainly because it was an additional fee to the special they currently had going on (that’s how I know for sure that I didn’t do that as an add on). I was already paying extra for a special shampoo that I’d wanted to use for her. So, therefore I wasn’t paying for it. She didn’t even get the bath that I wanted her to get. They said they’d notate her account for no Trims for now on. I said fine. So, I have her scheduled for a bath today (two weeks later) since she didn’t get hers the last time. She’s REFUSED service with an excuse that she peed all over the place last time. Now, I just want to know, if it is a habit or “rule” that any dog that pees is no longer granted Service? Because I’ve seen plenty of dogs use it on the floor. I’d just like to know that all dogs/accounts are being refused service for using the bathroom or being tense one day. (P.s. I think she’s refused the service because I wasn’t willing to pay for the nail trim that I DID NOT request.)
