Hertz Rent A Car

Told to call Hertz when I was picking up my car from Mt. Pleasant Collision Center, leave it at the shop and someone would come and pick it up(less than a mile away). Called Hertz when I dropped off the rental car at the shop and was told they would come by and get it. Fast forward two weeks, I get a call from Hertz saying that I owe for an additional 4 days because I didn't turn the car in when the work on my car was completed. Be aware that you can not trust them to actually go get the rental cars from the shop the same day you drop it off there. Do yourself a favor and turn the rental car in at the actual Hertz location and get a receipt.

Car I received had expired registration ( lucky I wasn't pulled over ) . Swapped it out after a week but when I got final bill it was different from what I was quoted when I made the reservation . Called Hertz customer service and got the rudest possible person. Never got it resolved to my satisfaction, so all I can do now is never rent from Hertz again . They were very, very stupid not to resolve issue . Over $40. They lost a customer forever.
