Not a fan of Mcdaniels Subaru. I have a 2012 Outback and have had several issues with it. The air conditioner has made a noise from day one and Mcdaniels has never been able to make it right. I had issues with getting my airbag replaced after the recall came out. Finally got them to get us in but then they kept our car for a month. Oil light started coming on even after fresh oil changes so they said they could change a sensor that would fix it. It's still not fixed and continues to come on even after new oil changes. Air conditioner panel collapsed into the dash. Mcdaniels fixed it but conveniently our radio quit working three days later. They wouldn't do anything about it. This weekend while driving to Charleston, the check engine light, vehicle stability light, and emergency brake light came on. Mcdaniels is more expensive than other Subaru dealerships to diagnose. High turnover rate in the service department so you never get the same person each time. It's just a bad service department all around.
