Be ready for, "I was in meetings all day", or "I just received your message". These people never respond to your voice mails or emails. They were a nightmare. The only way I could reach him on the phone was through the State Farm Personal Lines Fire Underwriting Agent Hot Line where a surprised customer service rep got him on the phone for me. Then he gave me the best advice and only advice he ever uttered. He said, "It sounds like you need another agent." So that's what I did. The poorest customer service on the planet.
