Lowe's Home Improvement

Searched the entire store at 3:15pm on a Monday; looking for a flat cart to purchase a toilet. Wound up searching the parking lot to find one; and even that was NOT easy! If they don't have enough carts; then they need to invest in more! If I have to hunt down another cart; I will just give my business to another store that is willing to provide them for their customers!
