I visited this location on 6/4 Just after 11:00am. I asked if they had a particular donut that I did not see in the case. The response was a very curt "does it look like we do?" When I mentioned that I had tried calling the previous day to order the before mentioned donuts and the phone just rang continuously, I was told "well, we've been slammed." I went ahead with my order of a dozen and a half donuts, paid and went on my way. I ordered 6 chocolate cream-filled donuts in the dozen and a half. When eaten by various family members, they were dry in the middle and had zero cream-filling. The other donuts purchased were not up to the normal Krispy Kreme standards either. They tasted stale as if they'd been sitting for a while. Our family are loyal Krispy Kreme customers, but with the lack of customer service and product I have to say I'm quite disappointed.
