WARNING - DO NOT STAY! We stayed here for 3 nights and we will never be back again. We checked in on our first day and the room was not ready so we had to go out for lunch to kill time. We came back around 6:00 PM and we were told our room was ready. We arrived at the room and there were chunks of hair on the bathroom wall and in the shower. The bed was not made and looked dirty. We were looking for a phone number to call the front desk and looked in the side table drawer and TO OUR SURPRISE... we found USED baby wipes and PERSONAL ANAL LUBRICANT AND... BUTT PLUGS! NO JOKE!! We told the front desk and their response was "Sorry there is nothing we can do." We requested the room be cleaned by housekeeping and they came up 45 minutes later with no knowledge of the situation. We spent our entire first night in Charleston occupied with our room situation instead of enjoying the night life. Also, on our check out day we had a staff member ask us if we were guests at the hotel while laying by the pool. They questioned our legitimacy as they repeatedly asked us what our room number was as if we were lying. We have never been treated so POORLY by "southern hospitality".
